I'M A COMPLETE BEGINNER, CAN I STILL COME TO A CLASS?

Yes! My classes are open to all levels of fitness and experience, from complete beginners. There's no pressure, no mirrors and no one's watching, so just be you!

HOW INTENSE ARE THE CLASSES?

That's up to you! There are options for all the steps and exercises, so you can choose how hard you work to make sure you feel comfortable and safe.

I HAVEN'T DONE ANY REGULAR EXERCISE IN A WHILE, ARE THE CLASSES SUITABLE FOR ME?

Yes, just work up gradually from your current fitness level. Read my Health & Safety guidance and questionnaire here.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO CLASS?

Wear whatever clothing feels good for you, as long as it's conformable and doesn't restrict your movement. You'll need to wear trainers. Bear in mind you will sweat so bring water and you may wish to bring a small towel.

WHAT AGES ARE THE CLASS SUITABLE FOR?

My classes are for ages 18+.
All participants are required to read the Health & Safety guidance and questionnaire here

I HAVE A MEDICAL CONDITION, CAN I COME TO A CLASS?

In most cases, yes.
Please read the health & safety guidance and questionnaire here. This is the standard exercise class Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PARQ) that all participants are required to read and follow. The PARQ helps to identify anyone who may need to speak to their doctor for advice before starting a new class. If this is the case, there may be some exercises or movements you should avoid or adapt.
